Nova Property Updates are pleased to announce an that they have now completed the purchase of two properties in Leicester and Alfreton for development and onward sale.  Leicester is considered a good investment potential with a local population of 330,000 and a strong local economy, estimated at £15.3bn GVA.  Amongst the companies with a significant office presence in Leicester are Next, Santander, KPMG and British Gas.  The success of the Leicester ‘Foxes’ as reigning champions of the Premiere League has added international focus as well as a ‘feel good’ factor.  The historic town of Alfreton, said to be founded by King Alfred and named after him lies 16 miles to the north of Nottingham, within easy access of the M1. Further details of both developments to be announced.
